As a Day of Wedding Coordinator, we do just that.  We coordinate the logistics of your wedding day to ensure that everything you have spent months planning goes exactly how you envisioned it would be.  From the arrival times of your vendors, decorating and setting up your ceremony and reception venues, to packing up your items at the end of the reception, a Day of Wedding Coordinator will take care of it all to make sure that your plans are carried out smoothly.  We act as a liaison with the venue, the vendors, parents, and you, all so that you can relax and enjoy your special day!



*Initial consultation to create a wedding day timeline

*Obtain and review all contracts

*Confirm all vendors

*Review all vendor details and logistics

*Development of detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors

*Unlimited email communication from date of contract

*Unlimited phone communication during the month of your wedding

*Two weeks prior to the ceremony, all vendors listed on the contract will be contacted to verify details of their services

*One week prior to the ceremony, contact all vendors listed on the contract to finalize any payment due prior to the ceremony




*Organize wedding rehearsal

*Wedding Day itinerary to be given to wedding party members at the rehearsal




*On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception

*Manage vendor arrivals and set-up at ceremony and reception sites

*Manage wedding party

*Organize and distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members and special guests

*Assist with setting up of details for each table - gift, sign-in, cake, memory, sweetheart, guest - including the placement of any     wedding accessories, programs, candles, portraits, favors, signs, etc.

*Assist wedding party in dressing prior to ceremony, if needed

*Properly line up processional and cue musicians

*Arrangement of wedding couple's refreshments upon arrival to reception

*Coordination of presentation of the Bride and Groom

*Coordinate entertainment and announcements/events during the reception (first dance, parent dances, toasts, and cake cutting)

*Ensure payment of vendor tips and balances

*Collect personal decor items and ensure they reach the designated family member at the end of the night

*Coordinate reception departure and distribution of exit favors to guests

*Event management and troubleshooting of any issues that may arise
